Our Story

What Does SLAKPI Mean?

The name SLAKPI combines two concepts that have been part of our work since the beginning: SLA and KPI.

SLA stands for Service Level Agreement — the commitments and expectations that define how a service should perform.

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator — the measurements used to understand whether a process, team or business is actually performing as expected.

Together, they reflect the idea behind SLAKPI: technology should not exist for its own sake. It should support clear objectives and measurable results.

    SLAKPI began in Chile in 2008, originally focused on IT consulting, service management and improving the way organizations used technology.

  2. Expansion

    Over time, the work expanded into software development, systems integration and automation, while keeping the same focus on solving operational problems with practical technology.

  3. 2024

    In 2024, SLAKPI was established in Henderson, Nevada. The company expanded its work across custom software development, mobile applications, web development, artificial intelligence and On-Demand IT Support for small businesses.

  4. Today

    Today, SLAKPI develops technology for clients while continuing to build and operate software products of its own.
