Slakpi LLC ("Slakpi", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact or demo form, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as:

• Your name, work email, company and phone number;
• What you're interested in and the contents of your message.

When you use our Resource Center, we also collect:

• Your email address, if you subscribe to our monthly digest;
• Your name, company, work email, job title, company website, the content you propose and any draft link you share, if you submit content for publication.

2. Information we collect automatically

To understand how visitors find and use our site, secure our forms, and follow up effectively, we automatically collect certain technical information when you interact with the site, including:

• Your IP address and the approximate location (city, region, country) derived from it;
• Browser type, operating system, device type, language and time zone;
• Screen and viewport size and similar device characteristics;
• The page you submitted from, the website that referred you, and marketing campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags, ad click identifiers).

3. Precise location (optional)

Our contact form offers an optional button to share your precise (GPS) location. This is collected only if you explicitly tap that button and allow it in your browser. You can use the form fully without it.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule demos and provide the services you ask about;
• To send the Resource Center monthly digest to subscribers who confirmed their subscription, and to review content submitted for publication;
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring visitors to us, and to improve our website;
• To detect and prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions;
• To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Resource Center digest

Subscribing takes two steps: we email you a confirmation link, and you are added to the digest only after you confirm. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you through our contact page. Submitting content does not subscribe you to anything, and nothing you submit is published without our editorial review and your agreement.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic trends. The contact form itself does not require cookies to work.

7. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — for example, our email hosting provider (to deliver form submissions), an IP-geolocation provider (ipapi.co) used to estimate approximate location, Cloudflare (to protect our forms from automated abuse) and MailerLite (to send the Resource Center digest to confirmed subscribers). We may also disclose information where required by law.

8. Data retention

We keep contact and content submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymize them. We keep digest subscriptions until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed sign-ups are not used to send the digest.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use the form on our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.
